Wash Wagon
Hand Made in the USAOverview
The Wash Wagon is designed to efficiently, high water pressure, wash concrete, garages, patios, driveways and sidewalk etc. The large demographic potential use is applicable to both individuals and business.
Many high pressure washing flat concrete problems are solved, compared to other wand attachments, by the Wash Wagon unique design and use
Constructed out of wood thus always field repairable and much stronger lasting.
Common current problem with most wands, is that holding to about 2.5 inches, off the concrete while your cleaning means, you have to push straight down, on the wand at 3,000 PSI, about 15 lbs., all the time you use it, causing real user fatigue, to obtain a truly good cleaning result.
The Wash Wagon allows the use of two common $1.50 bricks mounted on it thus, holding it down for cleaning the same, all the time, at set low distance. Use of 5 lb bricks reduces Wash Wagons shipping weight by 59 percent. Customer can just pick up two common bricks at local hardware store for any Wash Wagon. This saves customer about $30 in shipping.
Bricks also provide the needed weight and a low center of gravity to prevent Wash Wagon flipping on its side when pushed around a driveway or sidewalk. Wash Wagon weighs about 7 lbs with handle. Add the bricks and it weighs about 17 lbs.
Because Wash Wagon is made mostly of wood it is a true biodegradable product. Hard plastic could be used, made with an injection mold die but, plastic gets brittle and easily breaks after just a couple of years. Plastic scrapes on concrete hence, does not last and leaves marks.
The Wash Wagon has 4 wheels which are made of real nylon that lasts extremely well under hard abuse of concrete and cause no markings. In fact we have tried metal, plastic, rubber and all had problems that true nylon wheels eliminate e.g., metal rusts, easy worn down plastic and rubber, that make marks, on the now clean concrete. Casters are the worst because bearings rust and clog up locking the wheels, like on a bad grocery cart thus, scrap marring the concrete.
The dual supplied nozzles can be removed from the Wash Wagon and spray tip changed to any desired, with currently being about rotating of spray width, at about 2.5 inch distance, as tests found optimum, for a really dirty driveway or sidewalk.
Unlike others the Wash Wagon high power rotating nozzle evenly cleans a really dirty driveway plus you can see what you are cleaning because the nozzle water output is visible. This takes away the need for a nasty chemical being sprayed on concrete first. Wash Wagon cleans so well, it does not require any prewash chemicals, like bleach.
The Wash Wagons nylon four each, 3 inch diameter wheels, allow pushing over concrete truly easy, with a constant, low 2.5 inch nozzle to concrete spray. Side moving is also very easy due to wide long handle.
The Wash Wagon comes with a high pressure hose swivel and quick disconnect so, as you glide around, it always untangles the high pressure hose, coming from the gasoline or electric driven, water pump. A dual stainless swivel-disconnect is supplied.
Handle is unique with simple dual wood screw bolt that reduces shipping container size yet easy to assemble for use.
Wash Wagon with handle is 7 feet long and raises up and down to get under a vehicle, like an RV or trailer in a driveway, to clean under them, just as well, as open concrete. The Wagon currently has a 16 inch clearance, from wheel bottom to top, including the hose.
Because Wash Wagon with its handle is long, unlike a typical wand, the user does not get a bath of mud, while using it to clean a driveway or sidewalk edge.
Wash Wagon is used like a lawn mower. Say at the top of a driveway just let Wash Wagon roll down then, move Wash Wagon over with handle with some overlap and pull back. It cleans in both directions and easy to overlap when pulling back. A steady release and pull back, works well. User push pull speed is about the same speed of a typical push power lawn mower. It requires only about 2 lbs to push or pull, with pressure on (glides). Wash Wagon is truly easy to push around for cleaning, compared to its pressure off weight, of about 17 lbs. This gives a steady down pressure water stream on the concrete at a fixed distance at about 2.5 inches. This makes Wash Wagon gliding much lighter to push around and use then other wand type attachments.
Wash Wagon blows straight down, not at an angle, therefore really deep cleans concrete. It is really hard to hold down, while cleaning, with any other wand or attachment. The Wash Wagon deep cleans even ½ inch deep holes and cracks at pass over.
Wash Wagon has two self rotating nozzles, unlike others with 2 spinning, for example. It is easy to understand, that if you use 2 nozzles spinning, this wastes some of the pressure to spin them and cleaning area is not visible during use.
